Find a suitable box
The first step is to find a sturdy suitable box to ship your device in. Typically, a box with the approximate dimensions of 8"x5"x4" is a sufficient size for most models, but as long as your device fits in the center with at least 2 inches of so of space around, you should be good to go. In an ideal situation, leftover boxes from previous parcel deliveries to your home or to family and friends can be good free source to find a good shipping box. In a bind, you can also purchase a small shipping box at any office supply store for a couple of dollars. Please avoid thin-walled boxes, bubble mailers, and poly envelopes as they can be crushed easily during transit.
Find some packaging for cushion
Next, find some packaging materials to pack your shipment with. Ideal materials for this application include bubble wrap, packing foam, packing peanuts, kraft paper, etc. Just like a box, you may be able to find these materials leftover from previous parcel that were delivered to your home, family and friends, or any office supply store if necessary
Pack your devices securely
Once you have your box and packaging materials together, its now time to pack your device for shipment. Begin by lining the bottom of the box with 2 inches or so of packaging material. Then, be sure to wrap your device individually in packaging material before placing your it in the center of the shipping box. Continue to fill the voided areas of space around and on top of your device with more packaging material. The idea is to place enough packaging in the box to prevent the device from banging around inside during shipping.
Seal the box up for shipment
Last, you can now place the packing list you received with your label via email inside the box and seal it up with packing tape. Continue by affixing the label to the outside of the shipment. If there are old leftover labels from previous shipments, please cover them with the new label. You may also blackout the information on any old labels by using a marker or pen if the new label does not cover it all. That's it! You are now ready to drop off your shipment to the carrier!
